I have tried Xing Fu Tang before in New York and Los Angeles. I was very interested to see the difference in trying it in Taiwan. I was in Ximen distract, and this bubble tea outlet. It definitely had the longest line of people waiting to get a drink. As this particular outlet is so popular, they only have four items on the menu. I decided to go for their classic drink, the brown sugar boba milk

The line moves very fast, and as there are only four items on the menu, your drinks are ready to be picked up after you have ordered, especially if you get the brown sugar bob drink. The stand out for me in this drink is the tapioca balls. They are different as they are made freshly on-site and then cooked in this massive walk. The beverage is not overly sweet. And I liked the burnt brown sugar/toffee bits in my drink.

Is it worth it? I would say yes. When in Rome, as they say. How often can you access a drink with freshly made tapioca balls?
