I had to try this place, as it is in the Michelin guide for food and because it was cheap. I had to wait about 20 minutes to sit in the restaurant. This place is famous for its Taiwanese beef noodles and their pancakes. So, of course, I ordered their beef noodles but spicy and their pancakes.

The beef noodles had nice big chunks of meat. The noodles were nicely cooked with some nice green vegetables in the mix. The soup had a lovely beefy favour with some black bean flavour in there as well. There was a good amount of spice, and the beef was really tender. The soup tasted as if it had been cooked for quite some time and had lots of depth of flavouring to it.

The pancake was very simple but very effective and very tasty. Nice and chewy instead of crispy and dry. I also tried it by dipping the pancake into my leftover soup, and it was a great combination.

Overall, it is a great place to visit and really cheap to eat at. Excellent service, food comes out fast, and food is super tasty.
