I thought I would run my writing through AI and see what it comes up with. Maybe a bit too formal for me, but what do you think?
As a lover of Japanese Ramen, I couldn’t resist trying out this Ramen spot. While the original eatery in Tokyo boasts a Michelin star, the one in Melbourne intrigued me enough to give it a shot. Despite warnings of long queues, I arrived before noon and only waited about 25 minutes for a seat.
The lunch menu was more limited compared to dinner, perhaps to accommodate quicker turnover during the busy midday rush. Opting for their signature Ramen, I eagerly awaited its arrival.

When the Ramen was served, the aroma alone was delightful. The fragrant soup enveloped the senses, while the bowl revealed a harmonious array of toppings: thin slices of char shiu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and spring onions. The chicken-based broth was rich and flavorful, with deep umami notes. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked, offering a dense, earthy flavour. The char shiu imparted a satisfying smokiness, and the noodles were impeccably cooked, clinging to the savoury broth with every slurp.
Overall, it was an exceptional bowl of Ramen, deserving of the wait. Its tantalizing flavours linger in my memory, beckoning me to return for another indulgent meal.
