I wasn’t originally planning to write about this place. I only intended to try it once. But during a relaxed afternoon stroll, I found myself craving another matcha drink and ended up going back.

On my first visit, I tried the Purple Matcha, a matcha with taro milk tea. I went for the Bambi Matcha the second time, which came with a salted macadamia cream topping. Both of these drinks were made with regular milk, standard sweetness, and served with ice.

Both were delicious and easy to enjoy, but the Bambi Matcha stood out if I had to pick a favourite. The salted macadamia cream added a rich, nutty layer that worked well with the matcha. That said, the Purple Matcha was still a great drink in its own right.

This spot is worth checking out, even to try the salted macadamia cream. I’d never had anything like it before, and it was so tasty I couldn’t help but imagine how good it might be with other drinks, like cold brew coffee or classic bubble tea.
