While doing some shopping around Causeway Bay, we suddenly realised it was already around 7 p.m.—definitely time to eat. So we wandered a few side streets and ended up at another roast meat spot: Ki’s Roasted Goose.
I decided to mix things up a bit and ordered a plate with roast goose and white-cut chicken, along with a salted egg on the side and a lemon iced tea. The food came out quickly, as expected.
The white-cut chicken had a beautifully silky skin and tender, flavourful meat. Paired with the classic spring onion and ginger sauce, it was a solid choice. The roast goose was also quite good—not as fatty as the one I had at a previous spot, and this time I got a better cut of meat, which made a noticeable difference.

The salted egg was a great addition—it brought a rich, savoury element that complemented both the meats and the rice. I might start ordering one as a side whenever I go for roast meats now where possible.
Overall, Ki’s is a solid option for roast meats in Causeway Bay. That said, I did prefer the place we went to in Mong Kok (Ki’son Roast Goose)—the flavours were better. The service here was typical, no-frills, and efficient. We were seated right away with no wait, which was definitely a plus.
