I was in the Shibuya area and had a real craving for sushi, so I did some research to find a sushi train. I eventually came across this place with a high Google rating, so I thought I’d give it a try. When I arrived, there was already a line of people waiting to get inside, which I took as a good sign.

It took about 20 minutes to get a table, and once seated, I started ordering via the tablet. It took me a while to work through the menu, especially after realising you can only order four items at a time. I ordered a good mix, including fatty tuna, salmon, raw abalone, prawns, egg, duck, and tempura prawns — a nice variety overall. The abalone was my least favourite, as it tasted a bit too fishy for my liking. My favourites were definitely the duck sushi, which was cooked beautifully, and the tempura prawns.

While scrolling through the menu, I also noticed a carbonara udon and decided to give it a try, since it’s not something I’d usually come across elsewhere. It wasn’t too bad, though the sauce was a little watery, and I would have preferred it creamier. The flavour was decent, though I suspected it might have been made with a powdered mix.

Overall, it was a jam-packed but decent sushi train. There’s a good variety of options, the seafood is fresh, and everything runs efficiently — it’s clearly a well-oiled machine designed to move people through quickly. Still, it was a pleasant experience and a solid spot for satisfying a sushi craving.
