So my cousin and her partner took me here a few days ago and it was so good I had to come back. It is a very popular place and usually had lines outside as it is a very small dining space.

When you order you have to talk to the man making the noodles and he then relays it too the people at the back cooking.

Beef brisket soup noodles.

So when you first get it you think you only get soup and vegetables but when you mix it around you see the meat and the noodles. The soup is very nice and had a natural flavor to it, but I have no idea if they use MSG but most probably. The brisket tastes very nice however, this time it could have benefited with a longer cooking time to shorten the meat a bit more. But everyone comes for the noodles. You can see and hear the noodles being made and they taste very delicious. Nice firm texture and not starchy. A very rural homely made noodle soup. If only there was a place like this in Wellington and for only $6.00 you cannot go wrong.

Fried Dumplings

The dumplings are only $3 and you get 10. It truly shows how over priced dumplings really are in Wellington. The dumplings have things skins and not starchy and are very juicy. Cooked and made really well and when you add the vinegar and chili sauce nothing can beat it. The meat is beef and it has a lot of Chinese chives in it which just make it slight pop.

So good and so full!
