Not really sure how I discovered about this place but was looking for some dessert in Dixon and decided to give this place a try with Pepper Potts. It is relatively new and the food stall makes food from Macau and Hong Kong. There are three types of food available here; dishes with rice, Chinese meats in a roll and egg waffles. We decided to try the egg waffles.

Egg Waffle: Crispy Coconut

Coconut Bubble Waffle, Cream, Bana Chips, Cornflakes, Chocolate Finger and Caramel Sauce

This looked like the photo, which I was impressed with and looked really good to eat. I just wondered how I would eat it. However, there was a spoon and because it was a cone shape, it made it a quite easy to eat and was not messy at all. The fillings worked really well and I loved the coconut egg waffle. It was a really good waffle.

Pepper Potts had the King Chocolate and also enjoyed it. It was just so much easier to eat than a normal waffle and was not as rich. I will be back and to try their other waffles. Not sure about their savoury dishes as they really didn’t interest me.
