Hungry Monkey has been advertising a Laksa dish on their Facebook feed. I am a sucker for laksa and imparticular curry laksa. I finally managed to find them and decided I would give this one a try.
Sarawak Laksa
This looks really fresh when you open the lid, with a contrast of colours from all the different ingredients in the dish. The laksa was not as temperature hot as I thought it would be but gave it a nice refreshing taste. It was spicy and also had a hint of sourness. The rice noodles were nice and I loved having all the different aspects of the dish, the bean sprouts, egg, cucumber, coriander and the prawns. A great dish.
