Discovered there is a new Barbeque Food Truck in town. It has been travelling around Wellington since around November last year. I finally managed to give it a try with me being free and them being in Wellington City. I was pretty excited to give them a try as Mulan rated them quite highly.
I decided to try their Pit Tray with the potato salad and their South Carolina Gold sauce with the Beef Brisket and the Pulled Pork. This could easily be eaten by two but I just ended eating all of it. The potato salad was really good and I liked how the coleslaw was more on the bitter side than the sweet side. The Pulled pork was really good and as too was the beef brisket. The brisket though was not as tender as I expected and actually quite chewy.
Overall, I really liked the flavours of the barbeque meats and the salads and I would definitely try and hunt them down again. This place is well worth a try.
