Vinci’s Pizza got recommended to me by two different people, so I had to give it a try. You can either buy pizza by the slice or you can buy it as a whole 18″ pie. There was no way I could eat a whole 18″ pie and I also, wanted to try the different flavours they had. However, I was so impressed that I went back the next day to have it more slices.
I was recommended that I try the Four Cheese with honey and chilli flakes and what a combination. The cheeses are not too strong, the honey rounds it off with sweetness the chilli gives it a slight kick. To be honest, this is the only flavour you need to try.

I did, however, try the Banger: Seasoned Cream, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Red Onion, and Sausage and also the Special, which was Crushed white bean, confit duck + olive and thyme dressing. For each of these, I also put on some chilli oil. The Banger was good, but I really did like the Special. The crushed white bean was an interesting addition to a pizza and it really worked. What I do really like about this place though is the dough/crust. It is crisp at the bottom but not overdone and still chewy. A great pizza slice to hold in half and then just eat it up.
